The design for the global IT firm’s Pune office radiates the company’s innovative, creative and forward-thinking culture, spread out over an entire floor—offers a careful, yet seamless division between the main floor and the service areas. This gives a uniform balance to workstations and Offshore Dedicated Centers (ODC’s) alongside hub rooms and UPS rooms, within the office interiors, making it completely in line with the organization’s demand for creativity and innovation in its workplace design.

The wedge-shaped floorplate, with boxes inside, offers a marked sense of differentiation from the previous office. There is a glazing placed on one side, ensuring a healthy supply of natural light inside, providing ample supply to both the ODC’s, cabins, meeting rooms, and regular workstations. This gives the workplace a sense of structural excellence. Both the open and closed aspects of the workplace are logically divided, with black carpets and outward-facing glass partitions, which accentuate the effect of natural light on the usual branding colors, making the atmosphere come alive. This outstanding aura goes a long way into complimenting the formal excellence.
